PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Police are looking for a man they say smashed several car windshields in Center City.
They say on Tuesday, around 2:30 p.m., a man in a pink hoodie and khakis was seen stomping on cars parked along the 900 and 1000 blocks of Spruce Street.
Police describe the man as having a beard and mustache. He was last seen wearing the clothes mentioned above, as well as a dark hat and black, red and white sneakers, carrying a dark backpack.
