PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) —Social media influencers provide entertainment and, in some cases, provide wonderful suggestions at the click of a button.
There is no shortage of exercise advice, but how do you know the advice you find online is correct? Here are three tips that I find extremely helpful.
First, check out the person's credentials.
No. 2 might be even more important. Is their advice about how to achieve a "perfect" body or another unrealistic goal? You should not feel more depressed or anxious.
Finally, if there is a hard sell for a product — let the viewer beware.
