SOUTH JERSEY (KYW Newsradio) — Police in Mercer County are asking for the public’s help in identifying a person of interest in a sexual assault.
The Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office said the 34-year-old victim was attacked in Hightstown on Sept. 11 in the area of Park Way and Rodgers Avenue at about 8 p.m.
According to investigators, an unknown man approached the victim from behind then physically and sexually assaulted her. No suspects have been identified in the case.
Hightstown police want to speak with a person shown in surveillance video from near the scene or anyone else who may have additional information to share.
