PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Pennsylvania State Police officials have found a 4-year-old who was reported missing in Chester County.
Preston Ferko was last seen on Milligan Street in Phoenixville Wednesday around 10 p.m. with 28-year-old Joseph Ferko.
Police announced that the boy was located about 12 hours later.
