PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Troopers are on the scene of a Tuesday morning crash involving a New Jersey Transit bus that ran off the road and into a wooded area along the Atlantic City Expressway. Six people were injured, including the driver.
The crash occurred around 4 a.m. in the westbound lanes of the Atlantic City Expressway in Hamilton Twp., Atlantic County.
There were at least 10 people on board. Some passengers had to crawl out through the windows. An NJT spokesman says six people were injured, including the driver and five passengers. The injuries do not appear to be life threatening, he said.
