PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A PECO employee and a teenager were among four people shot in North Philadelphia Wednesday night.
It happened around 10:30 p.m. near North Sixth and West York streets. Police have not released many details yet about what led to the shooting, but video from NBC10 shows a PECO crew down the block from where the shooting happened.
The 34-year-old worker was shot twice in the buttocks. A 17-year-old boy was shot three times — once in the right thigh, twice in the left.
Two other men, ages 33 and 37, were also wounded. It is not clear if anyone was targeted.
All of the victims were taken to the hospital and are now listed in stable condition.
