PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — The 2026 Philly Pride festival is set to be one of the largest in years, with the addition of a Philly music icon to the lineup.
Tyrell Brown, the CEO and President of Philly Pride 365, said among the many changes this year, including moving the festival from the Gayborhood to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, the biggest surprise reflects Philly’s star power!
“This year, we are so happy to celebrate Patti LaBelle with the Love Award on the main stage,” Brown said. “We’re excited to have her, especially during this pinnacle year of the semiquintessential.”
He said where Patti goes, the party follows.
“We really are excited to celebrate her with a full lineup of performers that celebrate the rich history of Philly talent,” he said.
Organizers say the celebration will feature performances by Philadelphia artists, including Laurin Talese, Lady Alma, Carol Riddick, Carla Gamble, Jakeya Limitless, and Jess Haya.
