PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — News reports out of Rochester, New York, say an American Airlines plane that took off from Philadelphia veered off the taxiway Thursday afternoon while landing at the Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport.

KYW Newsradio has reached out to the Monroe County, New York, sheriff's office for more details, but reports indicate that none of 50 passengers and three crew members was injured.

The plane slid to a stop on a snow-covered grassy field.

Nearly 30 flights in and out of Rochester were delayed Thursday, and one flight was cancelled.
