PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A Philadelphia man is in custody for his alleged involvement in the killing of two people in Montgomery County.
Officials say Deonte Kelly, 23, turned himself in Tuesday.
Pottstown Police found Skyler James Fox, 17, and Brandon Bacote-Byer, 18, shot and killed on Oct. 17. It happened at about 11:30 p.m. near Fox's car in the area of Fourth and Johnson streets.
Police believe Kelly was with Dominic Carboni, 17, who picked him up and went to buy marijuana from Fox.
Carboni was arrested and charged last week.
Detectives found conversations over Snapchat and viewed surveillance footage to identify the two suspects.
Kelly has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder, second-degree murder, third-degree murder and robbery.
