PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A doctor was stabbed by her patient while treating the individual at Pennsylvania Hospital on Tuesday, Philadelphia police say.
Authorities say the doctor was stabbed multiple times in the face and head by the patient, but she is in stable condition.
The incident occurred just before 3 p.m. at the hospital, located at Eighth and Spruce streets.
