Police identified the man as Marquis Graham. U.S. Marshals arrested him on Thursday, and he is charged with rape, sexual assault, corruption of minors and related charges. Officials say he did not get a background check before working at the PAL.

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A former volunteer for the Police Athletic League (PAL) of Philadelphia was arrested Thursday morning on sexual assault charges.
The 26-year-old is accused of raping a 15-year-old earlier this month as he drove her home from the Strawberry Mansion PAL Center, located along Ridge Avenue.
The assault happened along Allegheny Avenue.
The man has not been formally arraigned on charges yet.
He does have a record, including robbery, conspiracy and possession of an instrument in a crime from a 2014 incident.
