PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A police officer is recovering after she was injured in a crash in North Philadelphia.
Officials say it happened around noon on Thursday at 19th and Wingohocking streets in the Logan neighborhood, as the officer was in pursuit of a stolen vehicle.
The officer was taken to a hospital, where she's currently listed in stable condition. The extent of her injuries is unclear.
There's no word from police at this time about the suspect involved in the chase.
