Police say 20-year-old Yel Win, of Philadelphia, turned himself in on Thursday. He is charged with murder, robbery, abuse of corpse, and other related offenses.

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Police have released video of a suspect in a homicide last week in the Pennsport section of South Philadelphia.
According to authorities, 22-year-old Mang Sang was stabbed in the neck during a fight in a parking lot under I-95, near Front and Morris streets. Sang's attacker then ran him over with his car before getting into another car and driving off.
Police said Sang died at the scene.
The video shows a man in his early to mid-20s, with a light mustache and wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and sweatpants.
Police ask anyone who sees him to call 911 immediately. As with every homicide, the city is offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
