PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Investigators have revamped their efforts to solve a nearly 3-year-old cold case in the death of Philadelphia man on May 14, 2022, found shot several times across the street from a playground.

Breilan Bell-Mcfee, 34, was killed on May 14, 2022 and found on Estaugh Street near 20th Street, near the Jerome Brown Playground in North Philly, not far from Nicetown.

Police have released video showing the victim walking from Hoagie City along Hunting Park Avenue, then along 21st Street, with a man dressed in what looks like a black sweatsuit with a white t-shirt underneath.

Authorities want to identify and speak with the man seen walking with Bell-Mcfee.

Detectives ask anyone who knows who he is to give them a call, even if they want to remain anonymous. As with every Philadelphia homicide, the city has offered a $20,000 reward for any information leading to an arrest and conviction.
