PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Check your freezers.

Pennsylvania-based Weis Markets has issued a recall on its 48-ounce brownie moose tracks ice cream for possible traces of egg.

“People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to egg run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume this product,” the company said.

They say the ice cream was distributed to 197 of its retail stores in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, New York, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Out of precaution, the recall includes all sell-by dates, as well as containers with the universal product code 041497-01194.

Those who have purchased the sweet treat can bring it back to the store they bought it from for a full refund.

As of now, no illnesses have been reported from consumption.
