PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A child was injured Friday after the roof of a West Philadelphia daycare collapsed.
According to our newsgathering partners at NBC10, firefighters were called to the center on 60th and Market streets just after 4 p.m.
There, wires and tiles dangled from an open ceiling, and police tape blocked the front entrance.
The child is in stable condition and officials say no other injuries were reported.
Officials are looking into the cause of the collapse.
