PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — At least 10 people, including two young children, were injured after a SEPTA bus and another vehicle crashed Thursday afternoon in West Philadelphia.

The bus also struck three parked vehicles in a chain reaction crash.

The crash happened after 4 p.m. near Larchwood Avenue and South 57th Street in the Cobbs Creek neighborhood.

At least three people were in the car which the bus hit, including two children. One of the children is 2 years old, while the other is 4 or 5 years old.

Officials say at least 10 people were hurt, including eight people on the bus. All the injured people are expected to survive.

NBC10 cites officials saying that the car may have failed to stop at a red light signal before the bus hit it.

Skyforce10's footage shows that the bus came within feet of striking a rowhouse on that block.
