PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philadelphia police are searching for a man who pepper-sprayed a 22-year-old at a rally last month.
It happened around 2 p.m. on Jan. 10 during a Rally for Venezuela event at Eighth and Market streets.
Investigators released pictures and a video of the suspect: a white man, believed to be in his 30s, dressed in a red hooded jacket. He was carrying a flag and wearing unique red and black sneakers.

They said he blocked the victim’s path, and that’s when the assault occurred. The suspect also sustained injuries from the pepper spray.
