PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — SWAT teams have responded to a barricade situation in the East Oak Lane section of Philadelphia.
Police told KYW Newsradio that the standoff is happening at a home in the 7000 block of Old York Road, near Lakeside Avenue.
