PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A man has been taken into custody without incident after police say he barricaded himself inside a home in the East Oak Lane section of Philadelphia.
SWAT teams responded to the standoff at a home in 7000 block of Old York Road near Lakeside Avenue around 11 a.m.
An investigation is ongoing.
