Man wanted after bullets fly through window of Frankford home, strike teen

Suspect wanted for shooting that injured 17-year-old in Northeast Philly

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A man is wanted in connection with the shooting of a teenager in Northeast Philadelphia early Monday.

In surveillance video released by police, the man is seen firing his gun several times around 1:30 a.m. on 15th Street and Adams Avenue in Frankford before running off.

According to police, the shots fired through a nearby home, and one of the bullets struck a 17-year-old while he was playing video games with his friends.

He was taken to a nearby hospital, where he is listed in stable condition.

The suspect has short black hair and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, light blue jeans and white sneakers.
