Grammy-winning R&B singer Jill Scott, a Philadelphia native and Girls High graduate, was honored this week with a new mural at her alma mater. KYW Newsradio’s Shara Dae Howard tells us about the mural, the artist behind it, and the emotions felt by Scott and current Girls High students at the unveiling.

Forgiven debt

Medical debt often comes out of nowhere and can be crippling, but New Jersey has relieved that burden for 77,000 people by working with Undue Medical Debt to buy and forgive debts for pennies on the dollar.
