PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — U.S. Marshals say another escaped inmate may be hiding out in Philadelphia.
Authorities have been looking for Isaiah Tilghman, 33, from Western Pennsylvania, since he broke out of a prison in Blair County on Dec. 3.
They say they zeroed in on Philadelphia after recovering a stolen license plate from a red Ford pickup truck in Port Richmond last week.
Tilghman is described as 5-foot-10, about 160 pounds, with several tattoos on both arms.
He was incarcerated on narcotics charges and parole violations.
