PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Police are looking for a man seen on video punching another man in the face while crossing a South Philadelphia street in what appeared to be an unprovoked attack.
Footage from around 8:30 a.m. Sunday showed the victim and a woman walking south across the intersection of 10th and Reed streets. That was when a man crossing in the opposite direction punched the other man in the face, knocking him to the ground.
Police said the attacker then laughed at the man as he continued walking north on 10th Street.
It's unknown if the victim was injured. Anyone who spots the man should call police immediately.
