
PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philadelphia police are asking for the public’s help in identifying three occupants of a van in connection with the killing of a 19-year-old in East Germantown earlier this month.
Around 5:30 a.m. on July 3, a 19-year-old was fatally shot in the face along East Rittenhouse Street, near Germantown Avenue.
Police released video footage of the car used in the shooting: a white Toyota Sienna minivan with a model year between 2007 and 2010. It has a sunroof, a luggage rack, rear tinted windows, and damage near the rear bumper on the driver’s side. The license plate is not known.
Police said at least three people were in the car, including the driver. In surveillance footage, two people are seen getting out of the minivan and firing.

According to police, the Sienna was last seen near Osceaola and Price streets.
The Philadelphia Police Department is offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
