PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philadelphia police are searching for a man seen on surveillance video breaking a Center City parking garage gate, causing thousands of dollars in damage.
Authorities released surveillance footage of the Oct. 5 incident. It shows a man walking up to the exit gate in the parking garage under LOVE Park, then lifting and twisting it around.
Video shows the man smiling and laughing during the incident.
Officials said he caused about $8,000 in damage.
