PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — United States Marshals arrested a man in Tioga on Friday who was wanted in connection with the shooting death of a man on I-95 last year.
Wilfredo Ortiz-Suarez, 47, was arrested during a traffic stop near North Broad and Erie streets around 1:45 p.m.
He was wanted for murder, criminal conspiracy and related crimes in connection with the shooting death of a 21-year-old man in the early morning hours of March 29, 2025.
Investigators said the victim was struck and killed by errant gunfire as he drove northbound on I-95 near Port Richmond.
Pennsylvania State Police assisted Marshals in the arrest.
