PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A young man was shot and killed in Queen VIllage on Thursday.
Philadelphia police say at around 2:10 p.m. a man approximately 18 to 20 years old was shot once in the head.
Arriving officers found him in an empty lot on Manton Street near the intersection of 4th and Federal streets. They pronounced him dead at the scene.
The young man has not been publicly identified. Detectives are reviewing video to find out what happened. No arrest has been made.
