Construction complete on ‘dolphin’ system to protect Delaware Memorial Bridge from collision

The agency running the Delaware Memorial Bridge says the twin-span bridge is safer, now that a system is in place to protect the bridge from a ship running into it. KYW Newsradio’s Mike DeNardo reports.
