Feds arrest 1 of 2 teens accused of fatally shooting Penn State student in South Philly

U.S Marshals have arrested one of the two suspects accused of killing a Penn State student in South Philly last month. Police officials confirm that 16-year-old Azzubair (Az-zoo-bar) Outen-Fleming was arrested by marshals in Colorado this evening. U.S Marshalls say they determined he had distant family members there. He is currently awaiting extradition back to Philadelphia where he will face murder, robbery and other related offenses. Authorities are still searching for 16-year-old Kaiseem Smith. Authorities are offering a $5-thousand dollar reward for his capture. Penn State Billy Schmidt was killed in the early morning hours of June 6th, near 20th and Wolf Street as he walked home from a bar. Officials say the teens ambushed him, took his phone and when Schmidt chased after them, they say Smith turned and fired the fatal shot into his chest. Smith is considered armed and dangerous, anyone with information is asked to call the authorities. (Photo: U.S. Marshals Service)
