Funeral services being held for Berks County police officer killed in crash

Today is the funeral for Central Berks Police Officer Kristen Yeager, who was killed in a violent crash while on duty. Yeager was responding to a call for assistance from a neighboring police department when her police cruiser went off the road and struck a tree. Investigators still don't know why she went off the road. Funeral services begin at noon at Exeter Township Senior High School. Gov. Josh Shapiro is expected to attend.
