It's been seven years since Dulce Maria Alavez went missing in Cumberland County.
The 5-year-old was with her mother and her brother in Bridgeton City Park. They had just gotten ice cream, and the little girl's mother stayed back in her car for a few minutes to play a scratch-off. Then, she saw her son crying, and Dulce was nowhere to be seen.
Brenda Trinidad organized a vigil Wednesday night to honor Dulce as the search for her enters its eighth year. She told our NBC10 that authorities need all the help they can get.
The FBI says it's offering up to $5,000 for information that leads to Dulce's whereabouts.
