Secret Sound
For the On Air Contest: Secret Sound (Fall 2026), listen to the station weekdays between 8:00am (PT) and 5:59pm (PT) starting Monday, August 17, 2026 through the earlier of Friday, September 25, 2026, or when nine (9) prizes have been awarded, whichever happens first. Listen for the cue to call, and the correct caller at 888-560-9650 (as announced by the on-air personality prior to the cue to call) will have the opportunity to take one (1) guess at what the secret sound is. The station will play the secret sound one (1) time and the selected caller will have the opportunity to make one (1) guess about what the secret sound is. The selected caller will need to state specifically what is making the sound – not just what the item is. Upon correctly guessing what the secret sound is, and upon verification of eligibility, that selected caller will win one-thousand dollars ($1,000.00) and a new secret sound will be used for the next contest play, which will not take place until the next weekday of the contest. If a selected caller does not correctly guess what the secret sound is, that selected caller will not win a prize and the station will keep the secret sound the same until a winner is determined. The station may continue to air cues to call each weekday until the sooner of either 6:00pm (PT) or until a winner is determined. A maximum of one (1) winner will be selected each weekday during this contest. There will be a total of up to nine (9) winners in this contest. A station judge who knows what the secret sound will be the SOLE determiner of whether a guess is correct or not. This decision is not appealable. If a selected caller states the same guess that was also guessed by a previous selected caller, such selected caller will not be given another chance to make a guess and that selected caller will not win a prize. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize(s) is $1,000.00, and will be awarded in the form of a corporate check and will be mailed approximately three (3) months after the Station receives all required paperwork back from each Winner.
*An individual may enter this Contest as often as they desire, but any one (1) individual may only be a verified Winner and receive the announced prize one (1) time in this Contest, and there may only be one (1) verified Winner per household (i.e., at the same address), whether related or not, in this Contest.
