You'll be able to find out those answers at the Spring Valley Library branch. Starting today through Wednesday, January 31st, the Spring Valley Library branch will be a flood recovery resource center to help San Diegans who've been affected.
Flood victim services available include:
- Rebuilding permits
- Debris and and household waste removal
- Erosion control
- Help with replacing vital records
- Help with navigating insurance
- Property tax relief
- Essential household items (bedding, food, water, clothes)
No appointment is necessary. Swing by the Spring Valley Library at 836 Kempton St. anytime between 10am- 7pm for assistance.
