For the Came to Play Vacation online contest ("Contest"), you must be age eighteen (18) or older and a legal resident of Louisiana or Mississippi to enter to win. Listen each day from Monday, March 10, 2025, through Sunday, March 30, 2025, for the station to announce a designated contest word in the 8:00am (CT) hour, a second designated contest word in the 11:00am (CT) hour, a third designated contest word in the 2:00pm (CT) hour, and a fourth designated contest word in the 5:00pm (CT) hour, each a "Contest Episode." You may enter by going to Magic1019.com/Contests, clicking on this contest's link, and completing the online entry form including the correct contest word as announced during its Contest Episode, as of the date and time of your entry. Contest word(s) from previous Contest Episode(s) will not be accepted. The four (4) daily Contest Episodes will be from 8:00am (CT) until 10:59am (CT), from 11:00am (CT) until 1:59pm (CT), from 2:00pm (CT) until 4:59pm (CT), and from 5:00pm (CT) until 11:59pm (CT). There will be a total of eighty-four (84) designated contest words announced in this contest. Limit one (1) entry per email address per Contest Episode. 

On or about Monday, March 31, 2025, Station staff and/or management will randomly select one (1) Prize Winner from all entries received, and upon verification of eligibility, Prize Winner will be awarded the one (1) Prize: a vacation package for up to four (4) persons for four (4) nights and five (5) days at the Walt Disney World® Resort ("Vacation"). The Vacation shall consist of the following:

(i) four (4) round trip coach airfares between the major gateway airport closest to Prize Winner's residence and the Orlando International Airport (direct flights are not guaranteed, departure dates to and from the airport are subject to availability);

(ii) round trip ground transportation service for four (4) persons or voucher(s) for local ground transportation service between Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World® Resort (with the means of transportation to be selected by Disney in its sole discretion and subject to availability);

(iii) four (4) nights room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum room occupancy of four (4) persons) at a Walt Disney World® Resort hotel to be selected by Disney in its sole discretion and subject to availability;

(iv) four (4) standard 5-Day Walt Disney World® Theme Park Tickets with Park Hopper® option, each ticket with an expiration date of April 30, 2026 (each, a "Ticket") (each Ticket currently provides admission to Walt Disney World® Theme Parks for five (5) days. Reservation requirements are subject to change. Tickets are nontransferable and are valid only during specific event dates and hours. Group members must guard Tickets against loss, theft or damage. Certain theme parks, resorts, restaurants and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, limited in capacity, and subject to limited availability or closure. Theme Park admission and offerings are not guaranteed. To visit the theme parks, valid admission is required for the same theme park on the same date for each person in the Group ages 3 and up), and;

(v) one (1) Disney Gift Card to be given to the Prize Winner with a value of Three Hundred and 00/100 United States Dollars (US $300.00). All costs and expenses not expressly stated in the Vacation Package description above are excluded and solely the responsibility of Prize Winner and/or his/her/their guest(s), including but not limited to: excursions, travel insurance, laundry service, spa treatments, alcoholic and specialty non-alcoholic beverages (including specialty coffee), individually charged snacks and treats (including but not limited to movie popcorn, packaged candy, ice cream, gelato, pastries, and bar snacks), local and long distance telephone calls, wireless and internet services, merchandise and souvenirs, and tips and gratuities not specifically set forth above.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Vacation Package is Eight Thousand Six Hundred and 60/100 United States Dollars (US $8,600.60), and is courtesy of Disney Destinations, LLC. The ARV of the Vacation Package may vary depending on point of departure and fluctuations of rates and airfares (if applicable). If the actual value of the Vacation Package is less than stated estimated ARV, the difference in the amount will not be awarded. The Group must travel and redeem the Vacation Package no later than April 30, 2026. 

Vacation Package rules should include, but are not limited to:

- Vacation Package components may not be sold, traded, transferred, or refunded. Vacation Package is not redeemable for cash. Vacation Package is non-commissionable.

- Vacation Package is for the Prize Winner of the Contest and up to three (3) guests of the Prize Winner's choosing. Once selected by the Prize Winner, guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Disney, which may be withheld for any reason. If the Prize Winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of guests, the Vacation Package will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute Vacation Package or compensation provided to the Prize Winner.

- If Vacation Package includes airfare, the Prize Winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary, and air transportation must be round-trip from/to the Departure Airport (with possible layovers). Disney will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply to air travel. Airline tickets are nonrefundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades.

- Actual value of the prize awarded depends on a number of factors, including booking and travel dates and the number of travelers, and therefore may be lower or higher than the estimated value at the time it is fulfilled. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated estimated value, the difference will not be awarded. The Prize Winner will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the Vacation Package that any participant(s) is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the Vacation Package will be forfeited.

- No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight or cruise (if applicable). Disney is not liable, including for any costs or expenses, if any component of the Vacation Package is delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason and Prize Winner will not be reimbursed, and no substitution will be provided except as in Disney's sole discretion.

- The Prize Winner is required to have and present at least one major credit card in good standing in order to check-in. Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, laundry and all other optional extra services not provided in the prize).

- Any damaged, lost or stolen Disney Gift Card will not be replaced. Disney Gift Cards are not redeemable, refundable or exchangeable for cash (except as required by law) and are subject to the following terms: https://www.disneygiftcard.com/terms/us

- In the event the Prize Winner and/or his/her/their guest(s) engage in behavior that, as determined by Disney in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Disney's health and safety protocols, rules or policies in effect at the time of the Vacation Package, Disney reserves the right to terminate the Vacation Package or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and/or guest(s) home with no further compensation. The Prize Winner acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of any member of the group.

- Disney, its parent, related, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the promotion.

- Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued at six hundred and 00/100 dollars ($600.00) or more.

- Promoter shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings that Promoter deems necessary or desirable under applicable federal, state and local tax laws, rules, regulations, codes or ordinances.

The winner(s) and any guest(s), if applicable, must comply with any and all COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, safety and related requirements imposed or required by (if applicable) the Station, the venue, event promoter, sponsors, travel providers, hotels, governmental authorities or others in connection with the receipt, use, and redemption of the prize. Refusal to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize and no replacement or alternate prize will be provided. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency, including those subject to government mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at-home orders. The Station and/or its sponsors shall in no way be responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for replacing, and/or for reimbursing any winner(s) with any form of compensation for, any prize(s) or portion(s) thereof forfeited due to the refusal of the winner(s) and/or their guest(s) to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements and/the cancellation of any event, nor will any alternate prize(s) be provided. 

Officers, directors, and employees (and members of their household or immediate family, i.e., parents, children, spouse, siblings, grandparents, the “steps” of each and persons residing in such immediate family members' household) of Sponsor, Disney Destinations, LLC, their respective parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary companies, their advertising, promotion and web design agencies, all other entities involved in the creation, administration, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes and their respective successors and assigns are not eligible to enter or win.
