For the This Is Magic Vacation online contest ("Contest"), you must be age eighteen (18) or older and a legal resident of Louisiana or Mississippi to enter to win. Listen each weekday from Monday, June 17, 2024, through Friday, June 28, 2024, for the station to announce a contest word in the 9:00am (CT) hour, a second contest word in the 12:00pm (CT) hour, and a third contest word in the 3:00pm (CT) hour, and then enter by going to Magic1019.com/Contests, clicking on this contest's link, and completing the online entry form including the correct contest word announced on the day and hour of your entry (each a "Contest Entry"). You must provide the correct contest word before the end of the hour in which it was announced to qualify to win (by 10:00am (CT), 1:00pm (CT), or 4:00pm (CT) respectively). There will be three (3) unique contest words announced each weekday, with a total of thirty (30) contest words announced in this contest. On or about Monday, July 1, 2024, Station staff and/or management will randomly select one (1) winner from all entries received, and upon verification of eligibility, winner will be awarded the one (1) prize: a vacation package for four (4) nights and five (5) days at the Walt Disney World® Resort ("Vacation"). The Prize Winner may select up to three (3) guests (each a "Guest", collectively "Guests" and together with the Prize Winner, the "Group) to accompany the Prize Winner on the Vacation Package. The Vacation Package shall consist of the following:

(A) Not more than four (4) round trip coach airfare tickets for four (4) persons between the major gateway airport closest to Prize Winner's residence and the Orlando International Airport (direct flights are not guaranteed);

(B) Round trip ground transportation service for up to four (4) persons or voucher(s) for local ground transportation between Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World® Resort (with the means of transportation to be selected by Disney operating in its sole discretion);

(C) Four (4) nights room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons) at a Walt Disney World® Resort hotel to be selected by Disney in its sole discretion and subject to availability;

(D) Not more than four (4) standard 5-Day Walt Disney World® theme park tickets with Park Hopper® Option, each ticket with an expiration date of July 30, 2025 (each, a "Ticket")

(i) Each Ticket currently provides admission to Walt Disney World Theme Parks for five (5) days.

(ii) Reservation requirements are subject to change.

(iii) Tickets are nontransferable and are valid only during specific event dates and hours. Group members must guard Tickets against loss, theft, or damage.

(iv) Certain theme parks, resorts, restaurants and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, limited in capacity, and subject to limited availability or closure. Theme park admission and offerings are not guaranteed.

(v) To visit the theme parks, valid admission is required for the same theme park on the same date for each person in the Group ages 3 and up.

(E) Not more than one (1) Disney Gift Card to be given to the prize winner with a value of Three Hundred United States Dollars (US$300.00). The Disney Gift Card can be used at select participating locations at Walt Disney World® Resort, Disneyland® Resort, Disney Cruise Line, Disney store locations in the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico, shopDisney.com, DisneyPhotoPass, Adventures by Disney®, Aulani A Disney Resort & Spa, and Disney's Beach Resorts. All costs and expenses not expressly stated in the Vacation Package description above are excluded and solely the responsibility of Prize Winner and/or his/her/their guest(s), including but not limited to: excursions; travel insurance; laundry service; spa treatments; alcoholic and specialty non-alcoholic beverages (including specialty coffee); individually charged snacks and treats (including but not limited to movie popcorn, packaged candy, ice cream, gelato, pastries, and bar snacks); local and long distance telephone calls; wireless and internet services; merchandise and souvenirs; and tips and gratuities not specifically set forth above.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Vacation Package is Eight Thousand Four Hundred and Seventy-Eight United States Dollars (US$8,478.00). The ARV of the Vacation Package may vary depending on point of departure and fluctuations of rates and airfares (if applicable). If the actual value of the Vacation Package is less than the stated ARV, the difference in the amount will not be awarded. The Prize Winner will not receive compensation for any element(s) of

the Vacation Package that any participant(s) is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the Vacation Package will be forfeited. The Group must travel and redeem the Vacation Package no later than July 30, 2025.

Vacation Package rules should include, but are not limited to:

- All elements of the Vacation Package (including, without limitation, the theme park tickets) must be used by the Group at the same time during the redemption of the Vacation Package.

- Theme park attractions and entertainment are seasonal and subject to change without notice.

- If the Prize Winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of guests, the Vacation Package will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute prize or compensation provided to the Prize Winner. Once selected by the Prize Winner, guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Disney, which may be withheld for any reason.

- The Prize Winner and his/her/their guests will be required to execute one or more liability/publicity release forms prior to booking of any travel. Failure to return the executed release forms within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the Vacation Package.

- Any lost or stolen theme park tickets or travel vouchers will not be replaced.

- Vacation Package and Vacation Package components (including, without

limitation, theme park tickets) may not be sold, redeemed for cash, traded,

transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfillment period set forth above,

used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer or refunded. Vacation

Package is not redeemable for cash. Vacation Package components may not be

separated. Any unused portion(s) of the Vacation Package will be forfeited.

- Theme parks, attractions and other offerings are subject to availability, closures,

change or cancellation without notice or liability. Park admission, offerings and

ticket options are not guaranteed. Disney reserves the right to cancel or modify

any offering.

- Vacation Package components may not be sold, traded, transferred, or refunded. Vacation Package is not redeemable for cash. Vacation Package is non-commissionable.

- No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight or cruise (as applicable). Disney is not liable, including for any costs or expenses, if any component of the Vacation Package is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and Prize Winner will not be reimbursed, and no substitution will be provided except as in Disney’s sole discretion.

- To visit the theme parks, valid admission is required for the same theme park on the same date for each person in the Group ages 3 and up.

- The Prize Winner is required to have and present at least one major credit card in good standing in order to check-in. Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, laundry and all other optional extra services not provided in the prize).

- Any damaged, lost or stolen Disney Gift Card will not be replaced. Disney Gift Card are not redeemable, refundable or exchangeable for cash (except as required by law) and are subject to the following terms: https://www.disneygiftcard.com/terms/us.

- In the event the Prize Winner and/or his/her/their guest(s) engage in behavior that, as determined by Disney in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Disney’s health and safety protocols, rules or policies in effect at the time of the Vacation Package, Disney reserves the right to terminate the Vacation Package or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and/or guest(s) home with no further compensation. The Prize Winner acknowledges and agrees to

be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of any member of the group.

- Disney, its parent, related, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the promotion.

- Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued at six hundred and 00/100 dollars ($600.00) or more.

- Promoter shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings that Promoter deems necessary or desirable under applicable federal, state and local tax laws, rules, regulations, codes or ordinances.
