For the Disney Season of Thrills Vacation online contest ("Contest"), you must be age eighteen (18) or older and a legal resident of Louisiana or Mississippi to enter to win. Listen each weekday from Monday 3/20/2023 through Friday 3/31/2023 for the station to announce a designated contest word in the 9:00am (CT) hour, a second designated contest word in the 12:00pm (CT) hour, and a third designated contest word in the 4:00pm (CT) hour, together composing the Phrase of the Day. You may enter each Phrase of the Day from 9:00am (CT) on Monday 3/20/2023 through 11:59pm (CT) on Friday 3/31/2023 by going to Magic1019.com/Contests, clicking on this contest's link, and completing the online entry form including the correct Phrase of the Day as announced on the day of your entry. You must provide the correct complete three-word Phrase of the Day announced on the day of your entry before 11:59pm (CT) to qualify to win. The winner and each guest may be required to execute and return, where legal, publicity releases, which must be returned with the verification documents requested of winner, or Guest portion of the Vacation Package will be forfeited. Disney, its parent, related, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the Promotion.

Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Disney does not make any representation or warranty regarding Winner's tax liability. The award of the Vacation is subject to applicable withholding requirements; and Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 (or similar form) reflecting the estimated retail value of the Vacation.
