Red Sox fans in Boston hoping to attend any of this week's games have to find other ways to get there, as the Yankees are trying to keep them from getting tickets. If you live in Massachusetts and try to buy tickets for the game on Ticketmaster, you'll see an alert that says "Important Event Info" message.
"Yankee Stadium is located in Bronx, New York. Sales to this event will be restricted to residents of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Residency will be based on credit card billing address. Orders by residents outside New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania will be canceled without notice and refunds given," the warning reads.
