It’s safe to say Joy Behar didn’t enjoy the view after tumbling to the ground on live television.

The 79-year-old co-host of “The View” suffered a mishap after falling off her chair at the beginning of Thursday’s episode.

As she walked on stage, Behar slipped from underneath her chair and landed hard on the ground. Co-hosts Whoopi Goldberg, Sunny Hostin, and Sara Haines quickly came to her aid and helped back on her feet.

“These chairs move! You touch it and you’re on the ground” Goldberg said.

“This has happened to all of us at one point,” Hostin added, before Behar chimed in: "25 years that has never happened [to me]!”

"Who do I sue?" Behar continued. "My husband is home laughing, I bet."

Shocked members of the studio audience were quick to their concern and shouted, “We love you, Joy!”

As Behar collected herself and got into her seat at the daytime show’s legendary table, she explained: "I went flying.”

Once it was obvious Behar was alright, she added: “I just missed a step, as usual."

Later on in the episode, Behar used the incident to urge viewers to not take a fall too lightly.

"Well, you know, I fall a lot. The main thing, just to talk seriously, when Bob Saget fell, he died. If you hit your head and you feel dizzy or you have blurred vision or you feel like you want to go to sleep, go to the doctor because that will kill you," she shared. "But I've fallen a lot. I fall all the time. I'm a klutz! But this chair, this chair was like the exorcist. It was spring!"

Behar has co-hosted “The View” since its premiere in 1997.
