Mac Jones and Damien Harris stuck around the area following mandatory minicamp last week, as the pair hosted a flag football camp in Lynn last weekend.
This was hosted by the New England Flag Football League where every player in attendance received a t-shirt, an autograph from both players, as well as a team picture with the former Alabama stars.
Jones was asked for life advice by one camper.
“First of all, take care of your school work,” he said. “That’s like the most important thing. You can’t do anything in life without a good education. So, do that all the way through college and also just work hard, be a good teammate. Football specifically is a team sport and you’ve got to be a good teammate. It’s not one guy that makes all the plays. It’s the whole team. So, if I was younger and I could do it all over again, I would just be the best teammate I could be, which I always was and I always try to be now that I am in the NFL.”
The Patriots won’t return to the Gillette Stadium facility until training camp in late July.
