
Taking vitamin supplements is a great idea because it's almost impossible to get what you need from diet alone. Being consistent with that regimen is also important, but it doesn't look like Naomi Campbell is having any trouble there.
Here she shares with us what she does on a daily basis and how she's adjusted her supplements to focus on the immune system. She takes over 30 vitamins each morning and if you're already on a supplement regimen you know this stuff ain't cheap!
By the way, we have some oregano oil in our vitamin cupboard and the whole thing now smells strongly like oregano. I'd love to know how she carries hers with her all the time and doesn't have a handbag that smells like an Italian restaurant.
