Twin Liquors has brought 12 Cocktails to life this Christmas season!
Get ready to mix up some holiday "MAJIC" with a cheerful lineup of festive drinks that are perfect for sparkling celebrations, cozy nights under the mistletoe, or adding a little extra merry to your week as you countdown the days to Christmas. From timeless classics to fun, flavorful twists, these cocktails are here to make every moment feel a bit more bright and joyful. So gather your ingredients, turn on Hill Country Galleria's Majic of Christmas and let the season’s spirit pour in with Twin Liquors.

Holiday sangria

Day 1: Holiday Sangria
1 Orange, sliced
1 Apple, cubed
2 cups Cranberries
1/4 cup Sugar
1 cup Brandy
1 bottle Red Wine
2-3 Cinnamon Sticks
4 Sprigs Rosemary
Sparkling Apple Cider or Soda Water, chilled
Garnish: Rosemary Sprig
Rim: Honey and Cinnamon Sugar

Add all ingredients except sparkling cider/soda water to pitcher or punch bowl. Mix well and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow flavors to come together. Before serving, rim glasses with honey and cinnamon sugar (equal parts cinnamon and sugar, mixed). Top with sparkling apple cider or soda water, depending on preferred sweetness level, and garnish with rosemary sprig.

Day 2: Mezcal Apple Cider Margarita
3/4oz fresh lime juice
3oz apple cider
1/2oz orange liqueur
2oz mezcal
For the rim: Cinnamon sugar & flaky salt
Garnish: apple slices, rosemary sprig, cinnamon stick

Add 1 part cinnamon sugar to 1 part flaky salt and mix together. Run half a lime along the rim of your glass, then coat the rim in your sugar/salt mixture. Add lime juice, apple cider, orange liqueur, and mezcal to a shaker and shake with ice until chilled. Strain over fresh ice in your prepped glass. Garnish with apple slices, rosemary sprig, and a charred cinnamon stick.

Day 3: Baileys Hot Chocolate
5oz baking chocolate
2 cups milk
1.5oz Baileys Chocolate Liqueur
Optional: up to 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, depending on the sweetness of your chocolate
Garnish of your choice (marshmallows, whipped cream, etc.)

Chop and melt chocolate on a double boiler. Heat milk (and sugar, if added) until heated through, but not quite boiling. Add melted chocolate and stir to combine. Add 1.5oz Baileys Chocolate Liqueur to a mug and top with hot chocolate. Add garnish of your choice and enjoy!

Negroni

Day 4: Freezer Door Negroni
6oz Campari
6oz Sweet Vermouth
6oz Gin
1oz Water (to dilute)

Add all ingredients to a container of your choice, give it a gentle swirl, and place in the freezer for a few hours to chill. When your guests arrive, pour over fresh ice in a rocks glass and garnish with an orange peel or twist.

Day 5: White Russian Tiramisu
1 oz Kahlúa
1.5 oz vanilla vodka
1/2 oz, or a splash, amaretto liqueurs
2-3 oz egg nog
Cinnamon
Star anise pod

Over a large ice cube, add Kahlúa, vodka, and amaretto. Mix to combine. Froth egg nog with a milk frother in a separate container, then float over the top. Gently stir again. Garnish with a dusting of cinnamon and a star anise pod.

Day 6: Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini
½ oz pumpkin spice syrup
1 oz vodka
1½ oz coffee liqueur
1 oz cooled espresso
Garnish: freshly grated nutmeg + 3 coffee beans

Add everything to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard until chilled (this gives you that signature foamy top). Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with nutmeg and coffee
beans.

Day 7: Pomegranate French 75
1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz Pomegranate juice
1/2 oz Rosemary simple syrup
1 oz Gin
Sparkling wine to top
Garnish: Pomegranate seeds & rosemary sprig

Add lemon juice, pomegranate juice, rosemary simple, and gin to shaker. Shake with ice. Strain into champagne flute and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and rosemary sprigs. Enjoy!
*Rosemary simple syrup: Add 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water and 6-7 rosemary sprigs to a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until sugar has dissolved. Remove rosemary sprigs and let cool completely before adding to cocktails.

Day 8: Hot Toddy
1 oz Honey or honey simple syrup*
1 oz Fresh lemon juice
2 oz Bourbon @makersmark
Hot water
Garnish: Cinnamon stick & lemon wheel

Add all ingredients to a mug and stir well. Garnish with cinnamon stick and lemon wheel. Enjoy!
*Honey simple syrup: Add 1 part honey and 1 part water to a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until honey is dissolved.

Day 9: Coquito
Spice Tea:
1 cup coconut or filtered water
3 sticks cinnamon
1 tsp whole cloves
2 star anise pods
1 vanilla bean, split
1/2 tsp allspice berries (optional)

Coquito:
1 can cream of coconut 15oz (we recommend Coco Lopez brand)
2 cups coconut milk
1 can sweet condensed milk 14oz
1 can evaporated milk 15oz
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 cup white rum
1 cup gold rum (or to taste)
Garnish: freshly grated nutmeg, star anise, cinnamon stick, ground cinnamon, etc.

Spice Tea: Add coconut water, cinnamon sticks, star anise, split vanilla bean, and cloves to a pot. Bring water to a boil and allow spices to boil for about 2 minutes. Turn the heat off and allow the spices to steep in the hot water for another 10-15 minutes. Strain and let cool.
Coquito: Add cream of coconut, coconut milk, condensed milk, evaporated milk, spice tea, nutmeg, and cinnamon to a blender and blend on high for about 2 minutes or until smooth. Add rum and refrigerate for AT LEAST 4 hours, but ideally overnight or 48 hours to allow the flavors to blend. Shake to reincorporate the spices and serve cold. Add garnish of your choice.

Day 10: Espresso Yourself Martini
Get your kit from Twin Liquors that includes Borghetti Espresso Caffé 750ml and your choice of Reyka Vodka 1L, Four Roses Bourbon 1L or Milagro Silver 1L

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Add 1 ½ oz Borghetti liqueur and 1 ½ oz base spirit (vodka, bourbon or tequila) to the shaker.
Shake well until the mixture is thoroughly chilled.
Strain cocktail into a chilled martini glass or rocks glass filled with ice.

Day 11: A Very Austin Christmas
Get your kit from Twin Liquors that includes Tito’s Vodka 750ml and your choice of a Lady Bird 4pk 8.5oz

Mix 2oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka with your favorite flavor of Lady Bird mixer.

Day 12: Merry Aperol Spritz
Get your kit from Twin Liquors that includes Aperol Aperitivo 750ml and Natale Verga Prosecco 750ml

Fill a large wine glass with ice.
Pour in 3oz Prosecco, followed by 2oz Aperol then top with 1oz sparkling water.
Gently stir to combine and garnish with an orange slice.
