Karson & Kennedy had the opportunity to have a Zoom chat with Rob Thomas from Matchbox Twenty this week! Matchbox is back with a new single called “Wild Dogs (Running in a Slow Dream)”, a new album on the way, and they are headed out on tour this summer.
Rob talked about how natural it was to get back together with the guys and write and record. However, when they got back on stage together, Rob had what he called a "Ricky Bobby moment".
Karson asked about the difference between recording in a studio in 1996 versus 2022. His answer included $40K in wine.
