On what appears to be the set of forthcoming hip hop drama, Queens, Eve, Da Brat and Brandy have aged like fine wine and do what any friend would when they haven't seen you in a while— gas you up. In a short clip, Da Brat says, "look at Brandy! Looking just like 'I would like to get to know if I could be,'" a reference to Brandy's 1993 debut single.
Meanwhile, Brandy excitedly expresses, "look at Eve," while Eve is in her own world singing "I Wanna Be Down." Da Brat and Brandy then begin to rap Eve's 2001 hit single, "Who's That Girl?"
Queens is described as a drama following "estranged and out-of-touch, four women in their 40s [who] reunite for a chance to recapture their fame and regain the swagger they had as the Nasty B*****s – their ’90s group that made them legends in the hip hop world."
Eve, Brandy and Naturi Naughton will be playing three out of the four leads. It has yet to be announced what role Da Brat will play in the series. Queens has yet to set a premiere date.
