·      Britney Spears has reportedly reached a deal to sell the rights to her music catalog, with Primary Wave named as the buyer.

·      While the final price has not been confirmed publicly, sources told TMZ the agreement is being described as a “landmark deal,” and is believed to be in the range of other massive catalog sales, including Justin Bieber’s reported $200 million deal.

·      Legal paperwork reportedly shows the deal was signed on December 30th.

·      The sale reportedly covers many of Britney’s biggest songs, including “…Baby One More Time,” “Toxic,” and “Oops!... I Did It Again,” along with the rest of her hit-heavy catalog.

·      In recent years, major artists including Bruce Springsteen, Bob Dylan, and Stevie Nicks have also sold their catalogs, as music rights deals continue to become a huge business in the industry.

·      Sources say Britney is pleased with the decision and has been spending time with her kids while celebrating the news.
