o   The Colorado Avalanche won their first Cup since 2001 and third in franchise history after defeating the Tampa Bay Lightning 2-1 in Game 6 of the 2022 Stanley Cup Final

o   Tampa Bay fell two victories short of becoming the NHL’s first three-peat champion since the early 80s.

o   Cale Makar won the Conn Smythe Trophy as playoff MVP. He’s the second defenseman to win the award over the past three years.

#BenAffleck

o   His 10-year-old son, Samuel, got into a bit of trouble yesterday when he backed a Lamborghini into another car.

o   Ben, Jennifer Lopez and his son went to an L.A. luxury car rental dealership and were looking at cars.

o   Ben let Sam hop into the driver’s seat of a yellow Lambo SUV.

o   The engine was running and he put it into reverse, backing into a white BMW.

o   Reps for Ben say there was no damage and everyone is ok.

#Smartphone

o   Poll: 58% of U.S. adults believe that they use their smartphones “too much.”

o   That’s a big increase from just 39% in 2015.

o   The majority of those who admit to spending way too much time on their phone range in age from 18-49.

o   That contrasts with 47% of those 65 and older.

o   But even though we are spending too much time on them over two-thirds state that they think their smartphone has improved their life, while 12% say it has made their life worse to a degree.
