o   The world famous DJ has pulled out of his Super Bowl pre-game performance.

o   He was scheduled to be the games’ first ever in-game DJ but we announced yesterday that he will not be able to make it due to “a personal family emergency.”

o   He wrote “Me and my team have been preparing something truly special for months, but a personal family emergency is forcing me to return home Sunday morning. It was a tough decision to miss the game, but family always comes first. Thank you to the NFL for the collaboration and looking forward to working with them to deliver something incredible together in the future!”

o   It was later announced that Kaskade would be replacing him.

o   Disney made a surprise announcement this week:  A sequel to 2016's "Moana" is on the way.  It'll hit theaters November 27th.

o   "Moana 2" was originally only meant to be a TV series, but it became a feature film because CEO Bob Iger was impressed with the footage.

o   It'll follow Moana, Maui, and a new cast of characters.

o   When Moana receives a call from her ancestors, she must journey to the, quote, "far seas of Oceania and into dangerous, long-lost waters."

o   There's no official word on casting, like if Auli'i Cravalho and the Rock will return as Moana and Maui.  But we do know Lin-Manuel Miranda will NOT be writing the music this time.

o   "Moana 2" is not related to the live-action remake, which comes out June 27th, 2025.
