o    The singer is under investigation for an alleged battery on one of her housekeepers.

o    TMZ is reporting that it started over an argument about her dogs.

o   They say that the housekeeper said she took one of her dogs to the vet claiming that there were issues with the pet’s treatment.

o    When she arrived home, Britney allegedly confronted her, argued about the dog’s treatment and then slapped the phone out of the housekeeper’s hands.

o    Britney’s reps say the story is untrue and that the housekeeper is making it up.

o    The Sheriff’s department is still investigating and will submit the file to the District Attorney’s Office who will then decide to file charges for misdemeanor battery.

#EdSheeran

o    He announced yesterday that his new album is set for release on October 29th.

o    It’s called = (Equals), which fits his pattern of his previous albums, + (Plus), x (Multiply) and ÷ (Divide.)

o    He says, “= (Equals) is a really personal record and one that means a lot to me. My life changed greatly over the past few years — I got married, became a father, experienced loss, and I reflect on these topics over the course of the album. I see it as my coming-of-age record, and I can’t wait to share this next chapter with you.”

o    He also released a new emotional single called “Visiting Hours” which features backing vocals from Kylie Minogue and Jimmy Barnes.

o    This is the same son that he tearfully performed at the funeral of friend and Australian music industry icon Michael Gudinski back in March.

o    They are redefining the sizes of its women’s clothes to make them more inclusive.

o    The store announced the launch of “BODEQUALITY” and said it will be “the first value retailer to offer sizes 0-30 and XS-4X for all women’s styles” with no price difference.

o    The retailer will transform its 1,200-plus stores and online shops into “fully integrated shopping experiences” and every store will offer all women’s styles in 0-28 with no special section.

o    Old Navy will launch BODEQUALITY at stores today!

#PebblesMakeup

o    A cosmetics company has just put out a new makeup line that's inspired by Fruity Pebbles and Cocoa Pebbles cereal.

o    There are lip oils, lip gloss, brush kits, highlighters, and two 18-color eyeshadow palettes, one for Fruity Pebbles and one for Cocoa Pebbles.

o    The Fruity Pebbles products are more colorful and rainbow-inspired . . . while the Cocoa Pebbles items have darker and warmer tones.

o    They do SMELL like the cereals but unfortunately, they are NOT edible, which seems like a missed opportunity.

o    The products cost between $8 and $22, and are available at Ulta or through Revolution Beauty.
