o   Yet another host has exited the CBS daytime talk show!

o   Elaine Welteroth is leaving after hosting one season.

o   She announced her departure in a statement saying, “It is an absolute honor for anyone, but especially a young Black woman, to occupy space on-air where our perspectives are largely underrepresented…I came to The Talk to break out of my own echo chamber and to join a diverse cast in helping to bridge some of the divides in our world through conversation and empathy. I'm proud of how I represented myself and my community. But as I always say: when the music changes, so must your dance!

o   She is the third host to leave this year following Carrie Ann Inaba and Sharon Osbourne.

#Jeopardy #MikeRichards

o   A tumultuous few weeks for Mike Richards has ended with him not only out as host of “Jeopardy!” but also no longer executive producing the show, as well as “Wheel of Fortune.”

o   Buzzfeed obtained a letter from Sony saying Richards would no longer serve in the position on both popular game shows effective immediately.

o   The EVP of Business and Strategy for Sony said that they had hoped when he stepped down as host that it would have minimized the disruption but it was clear that did not happen.

o   He was found to have made demeaning comments about women, the homeless and others on a podcast in 2013 and stepped down as host after reports came to light.

#Mumble

o   Study: Women are attracted to men who mumble.

o  Scientists say males who speak less clearly tend to be more attractive to the opposite sex because women see it as a sign of masculinity.

o   Conversely, men find precise pronunciation alluring because it signifies femininity.

o   Some famous mumbling men include Marlon Brando, Tom Hardy, Jeff Bridges, and the late Heath Ledger.

o   The brand is dropping a new variety pack for the fall season.

o   They are releasing a new limited edition Fall Flannel variety pack.

o   The four flavors include Pumpkin Spice, of course, Toasted Marshmallow, Maple Pear and Apple Crisp.

o   All the flavors will feature a flannel-inspired plaid design on the 12-oz. cans.

o   You can buy them starting September 6th through the end of October.
