o The head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders is resigning.
o Reports with The New York Times have uncovered a “trove” of emails sent by Gruden over the course of seven years containing racist, misogynistic, and homophobic language.
o His resignation comes three days after the Wall Street Journal reported his email about DeMaurice Smith including offensive and racist language.
o The emails were uncovered and released by NFL officials as part of a separate workplace misconduct.
o He released a statement saying, “I have resigned as Head Coach of the Las Vegas Raiders. I love the Raiders and do not want to be a distraction. Thank you to all the players, coaches, staff, and fans of Raider Nation. I’m sorry, I never meant to hurt anyone."

o The Vegas Golden Knights open the 2021-2022 hockey season tonight at the T-Mobile Arena!
o They are facing the newest team in the league, the Seattle Kraken.
o Just yesterday, the Kraken announced their first captain in franchise history, Mark Giordano.
o The T-Mobile Arena released a statement regarding the bag policy yesterday saying that effective immediately, no bags or backpacks will be permitted into the arena, except for small clutches and wallets (5” x 9” x 2” max.)
o This is effective immediately at the request of the National Hockey League.
o Puck drop tonight is at 7pm.

o The two business giants are teaming up to open an online store.
o Yesterday Walmart announced that they have launched the Netflix Hub at Walmart.com/Netflix which will be the “biggest online retail destination for Netflix consumer products in the US.”
o You’ll be able to purchase merchandise from shows like Stranger Things, Squid Game and Cocomelon.
o Some of the specific items include a Stranger Things Cassette player bundle, a baking kit for fans of Nailed It!, Cocomelon toys.
