Kate Beckinsale is shedding new light on her ex Pete Davidson.
The "Underworld" actress took to social media to give a subtle reaction following reports that Davidson has been hanging out with Kim Kardashian.
The 48-year-old, who was briefly linked to Davidson in 2019, appeared to support a theory why she and several Hollywood bombshells have been charmed by the “Saturday Night Live” star, according to Page Six.
Beckinsale liked a repost of a tweet on Instagram that read, “I love how every time Pete Davidson starts dating another beautiful celebrity everyone’s like ‘wtf is happening how did he do this what is this mystery???’ and everybody refuses to entertain the possibility that he might have a nice personality.”
People on social media have often pondered why Davidson has been able to date women like Beckinsale, Ariana Grande, supermodel Kaia Gerber, and his most recent ex, “Bridgerton” star Phoebe Dynevor. Well, now Beckinsale has given the masses some new insight.
The viral tweet appeared after rumors started to circulate about the status of Davidson and Kim Kardashian's relationship.

Just weeks after smooching on the small screen during her hosting gig on “Saturday Night Live,” Kardashian and Davidson were spotted holding hands at a California theme park. Kardashian, 41, and Davidson, 27, were seen at Knott’s Scary Farm in Buena Park, California.
The reality star and comedian were seen holding hands on a rollercoaster, though an insider told the outlet that it was “just friends hanging out” because the two “hang in the same circles.”
The pair went to the theme park with Kardashian’s sister, Kourtney Kardashian, and her fiancé Travis Barker. Davidson and Barker are friends through musician Machine Gun Kelly.
While Davidson and Kardashian have not publicly commented on their relationship, they were also spotted having dinner in New York this week, according to Us Weekly.
